Film Review, by Emily

‘Rango’ starts with a lizard that is lonely because he has no friends and he doesn’t know who he is. He has no friends because he lives in a glass tank near a beach. He can only pretend that he has friends because in his tank he has some toys that he makes up stories with. He has a wind up fish and a Barbie doll with no head! He pretends the Barbie doll is his love and when he is sad he likes to put the arm of his doll round his shoulders.

The other main character is Mrs Bean. She lives in the desert in a little town. She is a lizard like Rango, except he is a green lizard and she is a very light orange. There is also a mayor of the town where Mrs Bean lives. Rango comes to the town to help find water.

The plot of ‘Rango’ is that the town does not have any water because they live in the desert, so Rango makes a dangerous journey with the whole of the town to find water.

I liked ‘Rango’ because it was very funny, especially when Rango hugs his wind up fish. I did not like it when the towns people forced Rango to leave town. I give five stars for the film, because it was such  a funny film. Also it came out to be very silly.
