After 30 years in post, our Head of Music is retiring, and we are seeking to appoint his successor. Music has an extremely high profile in School. The successful applicant will be an inspirational teacher and an accomplished and versatile musician, with excellent leadership qualities and organisational skills.

The Gregg School currently has 310 students aged 11-16 on roll. Small class sizes provide an excellent learning environment, where “pupils make good progress, attain well and consistently achieve well at GCSE.” (ISI Inspection February 2011). We place a high value on the benefits of extra-curricular activities, and applicants should demonstrate commitment to developing the extra-curricular music timetable.

Head of History

We are seeking to appoint an experienced teacher to join our very successful Humanities Department. Applicants should be able to teach History at both KS3 and KS4, and have the necessary vision to drive forward the development of the subject across the School.

The Gregg School currently has 310 students aged 11-16 on roll.
